11 languages, 30 people! Multi Ethnic Camping!

11 languages, 30 people!  Multi Ethnic Camping! Over the years Openmind Projects has arranged quite a few camps, initially for poor village children in Isan, Northeast Thailand.

This month we arranged one camp for local students early April and before Pimai, SE Asia and Buddhist New Year. Now we reach out to students of Thai, Lao, Isan, Karen, Burmese, Mong ethnic backgrounds! Isan, Laos, Karen, Mong and Burmese students. Nice!

Altogether including students, staff, trainees and volunteers, 11 languages spoken! Thai, Lao/Isan, Khmou, Karen, Burmese, Mong, Mandarin, Cantonese, English, Swedish (and that includes one local student!) and Creole!  That will make for a truly cross cultural experience! Opening minds to other peoples, habits, new ideas, and learning! Good luck, have fun! Follow our blogs, Facebook, for more news.

Contact us [email protected]  or apply from our website, www.openmindprojects.org to join our next Camps in October!
